<p><strong><em></em></strong>Blitzer Award ceremony in the evening! </p>
<p><strong><em>Day 4 </em></strong>A day to explore Oahu. Visit the fantastic North Shore – that&#8217;s where the world famous Waimea Pipeline can be found and the Polynesian Cultural Centre is a day trip well worth considering. Transport leaves from the Ala Moana Centre or a share a rental car – they&#8217;re really cheap. </p>
<p><strong><em>Day 5 </em></strong>Optional – either leisure or information. Special discussion groups for Blitzers &amp; Dynamic Rewards participants will be held during the afternoon. There will be the final formal dinner in the evening when the awards will be presented &amp; recognitions made. </p>
<p><strong><em>Day 6 </em></strong>Similar to yesterday and optional. Of particular interest will be the open presentation for Our Communications Company that will feature local Associates and give you ideas for developing a second income from using your mobile phone. </p>

<p>Gift cards will continue to grow by 5% or better over the next five years, according to a new Packaged Facts report on the U.S. market for prepaid cards.</p>
<p>The report, which focuses on gift cards, estimates that gift-card sales rose 5.6% to $40.5 billion last year, and will reach $52.2 billion by 2012.</p>
<p>What an opportunity. And in many parts of the world gift card systems aren&#8217;t as prolific as they are in the USA.</p>

<p>Now we’re offering all Blitz members the opportunity to join us in Hawaii in November 2008 for a Blitzers One day Conference and Rewards Ceremony.</p>
<p>Now when you refer a business to Dynamic Rewards we issue you with Dynamic Rewards points. These points can now be put towards a week long beach party in Hawaii, all paid by Dynamic Rewards when you refer joining businesses.</p>

<p>All leads provided that turn into merchants will earn you a minimum of $150.00 AUD</p>
